Responsibilities:

    Create organization development system, report to board director

Qualifications:

    Female/Male
    Age not more than 27 years old
    Holding at least a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering from reputable university with min. GPA 2,75
    Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
    Possess good analytical thinking, communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
    Fluent in spoken and written English
    Highly motivated person
    Placement : Cikarang, Batam and Banjarmasin
