Officer Development Program (ODP)
Requirements:

    Male / Female
    Maximum age 26 years (Aged not over 27 years on February 28, 2013)
    Male : Height minimum 160 cm, female :  Height minimum 155 cm
    Physically healthy with proportional weight
    Bachelor (S1) Graduate from reputable universities (PTN / PTS)
    GPA min. 3.00 (4.00 scale), preferably majoring in :
        Economics (Accounting, Management & Banking)
        Law (Civil and Criminal)
        Engineering (Civil, Architectural, Electrical, Informatics, Agriculture)
    Able to communicate in English both oral and written
    Computer literate, minimal Ms. Office
    Not married and willing not get married for 2 years (specifically 3 years for GBS position)
    Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
    Willing to undergo a bond for 5 years
    No relatives of employees of Bank BTN (father / mother / son / brother / sister)
